MY COMPLETE FURNACE TUNE UP includes a through examination and cleaning of your heating system. My service technician will perform several critical procedures that are not normally included in the basic “clean & check” offered every fall.

My service technician will clean both your burners and heat exchanger, check all the electrical connections and tighten if necessary, take an amp draw reading of the compressor and all motors, check the air flow in your duct system, check the temperature rise, perform a HYDROSCAN of the heat exchanger, and monitor the heating cycle. He will give you a written evaluation with solutions to any problem or problems with your system. And if we have to come back this winter, our service is FREE!
