Preventive Maintenance
Our preventive maintenance contracts are designed with you, our customer in mind. Please find the benefits listed below:- 2 visits per year—1 Fall/Winter (Furnace) & 1 Spring/Summer (A/C)—units are checked electrically & mechanically to ensure proper performance. Refrigeration levels are checked during the Spring/Summer session. Amp draws are verified and system operation is confirmed.

By purchasing a maintenance agreement, you are saving money from the start. If you purchased a “Preventive Maintenance” visit a-la-carte twice a year your cost would be $89 twice or $178.
